Evolution EB8 8-Piston Front Big Brake Kit

The TTSPORT Evolution EB8 is a front 8-piston big brake kit engineered for drivers who need more thermal capacity, stronger pedal authority, and more repeatable stopping behavior than a factory caliper can deliver. Two-piece forged aluminum calipers, staggered 28/32 mm pistons, and 380–405 mm two-piece rotors give you bite without harshness and confidence lap after lap, stop after stop.

Why Builders Choose the EB8

Forged 8-Piston Caliper

Two-piece forged aluminum body with eight pistons (28 mm × 4 / 32 mm × 4) and 56.8 cm² of total piston area per caliper. Staggered sizing distributes clamp force evenly across the pad, reducing taper wear and giving a linear, modulated pedal.

Heat-Insulated Pistons

Two-piece pistons with thermal insulators and dust boots slow heat transfer from pad backing to brake fluid. The result: less fade on long descents, track sessions, and repeated high-speed stops.

Two-Piece 34 mm Rotors

Internally vented Ø380 or Ø405 mm rotors with CNC-machined aluminum hats. Choose heat-treated high-carbon iron or carbon-ceramic composite to match your driving range and service expectations.

Pedal Modulation

Large piston area combined with matched pad compounds delivers strong initial bite while keeping threshold braking controllable — important on street, canyon, and trackday duty cycles.

Will It Fit? Your 3-Step Check

The EB8 is a platform-adapted big brake kit, not a universal one-bracket-fits-all assembly. Confirm these items against your vehicle and wheel before purchase.

1. Wheel Diameter

Confirm you are running 19 in or larger wheels.

2. Spoke Clearance

Measure spoke clearance before ordering. The EB8 requires at least 107 mm of minimum spoke clearance.

3. Vehicle Model

Confirm hub, knuckle, caliper bracket compatibility, brake line fitting type, and rotor diameter selection before placing the order.

Need a clearance check? Contact us with your vehicle, wheel spec, and intended use before placing the order.

Installation & Break-In

  • Radial mount with vehicle-specific brackets.
  • Vehicle-specific; caliper-side and chassis-side fittings vary by application.
  • Rotor diameter selection: 380 vs 405 mm, selected according to application.
  • Bedding-in procedure is required before aggressive use.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will the EB8 fit my car?

The EB8 is platform-adapted with vehicle-specific brackets and brake line fittings. Contact us with your year, make, model, and wheel specification so we can verify caliper clearance, bracket availability, and rotor size before you order.

What wheel size do I need?

19-inch wheels or larger are required, with at least 107 mm of spoke clearance. Wheel offset and spoke geometry both matter — send us your wheel details if you are not sure.

Should I choose 380 mm or 405 mm rotors?

380 mm suits most street and spirited driving builds. 405 mm adds swept area and thermal mass for heavier vehicles, frequent high-speed stops, or trackday use. Both run a 34 mm rotor thickness.

Iron rotors or carbon-ceramic?

Iron/steel rotors are cost-effective, easy to service, and run pads with a 0–600 °C range and μ ≈ 0.38. Carbon-ceramic rotors are lighter, last longer under heavy use, and pair with pads rated 0–700 °C and μ ≈ 0.45. Pads must match rotor material.

What is included in the kit?

Two forged 8-piston front calipers, two two-piece rotors in your selected size and material, matched brake pads, CNC aluminum hats, CNC carbon-steel mounting brackets, and PTFE/SUS304 stainless braided brake lines.

Do I need to bed the brakes in?

Yes. A proper bedding-in procedure is required to transfer pad material onto the rotor face and stabilize the friction couple. Skipping bed-in will cause uneven deposits, vibration, and reduced bite.

Ready to spec your EB8 build?

Send us your vehicle, wheel, and use case. We will confirm fitment, recommend rotor size and pad compound, and quote the right configuration.

A Thoughtful Look at Healing Beyond the Physical
Format: Kindle
The Energy Code invites you to slow down and view health from a completely different angle, rather than focusing only on symptoms or surface-level fixes. The book presents a deeper question: What if the body is responding to something happening beneath the surface? The book doesn't dismiss conventional medicine or make bold claims; it simply opens the door to another layer of understanding. It explores how emotional patterns, energy imbalances, and unresolved stress might show up physically, and it does so in a way that feels thoughtful rather than extreme. The symptom guide encourages reflection, not fear, and helps you see possible connections between what your body is experiencing and what might be going on internally. Even if you don't agree with every idea, it's hard not to find moments that make you pause and think. If you're open to holistic perspectives and want to explore healing from the inside out, The Energy Code offers an insightful and reflective place to start.

Bridge Between Energy Work and Nervous System Healing
Format: Kindle
I’ve been trained in Reiki and am certified in breathwork, which drew me to this book. The connection the author makes between suppressed emotions, nervous system dysregulation, and physical symptoms is impressive. In my own work with energy and breath, I’ve seen firsthand how unresolved experiences become stored in the body. This book explains why that happens. The explanation of energetic blockages and the chakra system are accurate and explained well. There is an emphasis on safety and nervous system support, which is essential in breathwork and trauma-informed healing. The symptom guide is also thorough and helps you decide where and what you need to work on. Highly recommended.

What Your Body Is Telling You
Format: Kindle
This book makes a strong impression right from the start. The tone is calm and steady, and it never feels like it’s trying to scare you or sell quick answers. Instead, the author takes a simple, grounded approach to understanding physical sensations and why they show up in daily life. The book connects stress, emotions, and the body. These ideas can sound complicated, but here they’re explained in plain language that makes sense right away. You don’t need any special background to follow along, just a willingness to pay attention. The book doesn’t preach or push a strict method. It encourages awareness rather than control, which feels refreshing. It gives you space to reflect and notice patterns without judgment. Overall, this is a thoughtful and approachable read that feels supportive without being soft.

empowering
Format: Kindle
The Energy Code offers a thought-provoking look at healing from a mind-body perspective. I appreciated how it encourages readers to see symptoms not as enemies, but as signals worth listening to. The breathwork and grounding exercises were practical and surprisingly calming. That said, some concepts lean heavily into spiritual language, which may not resonate with everyone. Overall, it’s an empowering read if you’re open to exploring healing beyond traditional medicine and want to take a more active role in understanding your body.

Great Resource for Holistic Healing
Format: Kindle
When I came across this book it reminded me of Louise Hayes “You Can Heal Your Life”. It addresses many issues that manifest physically in the body and how to release it by releasing the emotional energetic aspect that relates to it by knowing the cause, it provides a solution along with key words for energetic healing and a strengthening affirmation and tips. Some ailments or issues listed I was surprised to see as one would think you can’t do anything about it, but you can - and the author makes clear from the beginning this book is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment but rather to complement it and to provide alternative options for those who want to take a holistic approach.
