The TTSPORT Classic 8657S is a front 6-piston big brake kit built around a two-piece forged aluminum caliper, staggered pistons, and two-piece internally vented rotors. It targets drivers who want stronger thermal capacity, sharper pedal modulation, and repeatable stops without moving into a pure race-only setup.
Six forged pistons per caliper in a staggered 30 / 34 / 38 mm layout balance pad pressure from leading to trailing edge.
55.0 cm² total piston area per caliper gives the 8657S strong clamp force with linear pedal response.
Two-piece internally vented rotors range from Ø355 mm × 32 mm to Ø405 mm × 34 mm for street, track-day, and high-speed braking setups.
The 8657S caliper uses a two-piece forged aluminum body for stiffness under load, with 4.05 kg caliper net weight without pads.
Heat-insulated two-piece pistons with dust boots slow heat transfer into the brake fluid, helping protect pedal feel during repeated stops.
Choose heat-treated high-carbon steel for predictable street and track-day use, or carbon-ceramic for lower rotating mass and higher thermal ceiling.

Pads are rotor-specific. Iron/steel pads run on steel rotors; CCB pads run on carbon-ceramic rotors only. Do not cross-mount.
Two front 6-piston forged calipers.
Matched brake pad set for the selected rotor material.
Two two-piece internally vented rotors with CNC aluminum hats.
Application-specific CNC carbon-steel mounting brackets.
CNC aluminum rotor hats.
Stainless-steel braided brake lines with vehicle-specific fittings.
The 8657S is a platform-adapted front big brake kit. Caliper brackets, rotor size, and brake-line fittings are built to your specific vehicle. Before ordering, confirm wheel inner-barrel clearance, spoke profile, wheel offset, and rotor diameter against your current setup.
Minimum recommended wheel size is 18 inches.
Minimum spoke clearance is 107 mm. Wheel offset, spoke profile, and rotor size all affect fitment.
Confirm your year, make, model, and wheel specs so the correct caliper brackets, rotor size, and brake-line fittings can be selected.
We recommend a clearance check or template fit before installation.
This is a platform-adapted big brake kit. Caliper brackets, brake-line fittings, rotor size, and wheel clearance must be confirmed for your specific car before ordering. Contact us with your year, make, model, and wheel specs and we will confirm the correct configuration.
Minimum recommended wheel size is 18 inches, with at least 107 mm of spoke clearance. Wheel offset, spoke profile, and rotor size all affect fitment, so we recommend a clearance check or template fit before installation.
Heat-treated high-carbon steel rotors offer strong thermal capacity, predictable feel, and lower replacement cost for street and track-day use. CCB rotors cut rotating mass, raise the operating ceiling to ~700 °C, and pair with a higher-friction pad (avg μ 0.45) for repeated high-speed stops. Pads are not cross-compatible between the two rotor types.
The 8657S supports Ø355 mm × 32 mm, Ø380 mm × 34 mm, and Ø405 mm × 34 mm two-piece internally vented rotors. Larger diameters add thermal capacity and leverage but require more wheel clearance.
Yes. Proper bed-in is required to transfer an even pad layer to the rotor face, stabilize friction, and prevent judder. Follow the included procedure before any aggressive braking.
