A platform-adapted front big brake upgrade built around a two-piece forged 6-piston caliper, a 32 mm two-piece rotor package, and matched friction. The ES6 is engineered for firmer pedal feel, stronger initial bite, and repeatable stopping power on the street and at the track.
Higher stiffness-to-weight than cast bodies, with reduced flex under load for sharper pedal response.
Six pistons sized to balance pad loading across the rotor face, smoothing torque buildup and reducing taper wear.
32 mm internally vented faces on CNC aluminum hats for better heat capacity and lower rotating mass.
Minimize hose expansion so pedal travel stays consistent under heat and repeated stops.
Iron-rotor and carbon-ceramic-rotor pads tuned to each rotor material for predictable μ across the operating range.
The ES6 body is forged from aluminum billet in two halves, then machined and bolted into a single rigid assembly. Forging produces a denser grain structure than casting, which lets the caliper resist deflection when line pressure spikes. Two-piece heat-insulated pistons with dust boots reduce heat transfer from the pad backing into the brake fluid, helping fight pedal fade in long sessions. A high-temperature gloss coating protects the body from brake dust, road salt, and UV.
Choose the iron rotor package for street, canyon, and entry-level track use, or step up to the carbon-ceramic (CCB) package for serious track duty, lower unsprung mass, and higher fade resistance. Each option ships with a friction compound matched to that rotor material — iron pads on iron rotors, ceramic-specific pads on CCB rotors. Mixing is not supported.

This is a platform-adapted kit. Confirm vehicle year, make, model, trim, wheel diameter, offset, and spoke clearance with TTSPORT before ordering.
The ES6 caliper requires an 18-inch or larger wheel.
The ES6 caliper requires a minimum spoke clearance of 99 mm.
Caliper brackets and brake-line fittings are built to your vehicle, so confirm year, make, model, trim, and wheel specs with our team before purchase.
The ES6 caliper measures L 294 × W 155 × H 84 mm and requires a minimum spoke clearance of 99 mm with an 18-inch or larger wheel. Wheel design, spoke shape, and offset all affect fitment. We recommend verifying clearance against the caliper envelope and rotor diameter before purchase.
Each ES6 front kit ships with two forged 6-piston calipers, two two-piece 355 mm or 380 mm × 32 mm rotors with CNC aluminum hats, a matched front pad set, stainless-steel braided lines, and CNC carbon-steel radial-mount brackets sized to your application.
The ES6 caliper requires 18-inch or larger wheels and a minimum spoke clearance of 99 mm. Wheel offset, spoke geometry, and rotor diameter all affect fitment, so confirm clearance against the caliper envelope (L 294 × W 155 × H 84 mm) before ordering.
Choose 355 mm for daily and spirited street use where wheel clearance is tighter or unsprung weight matters. Choose 380 mm when you need maximum thermal capacity for track sessions, heavy vehicles, or repeated high-speed stops.
The high-carbon iron rotor uses pads rated 0–600 °C with an average μ of 0.38 and offers strong street and track value. The CCB option uses carbon-ceramic-specific pads rated 0–700 °C with an average μ of 0.45, lower unsprung mass, and higher fade resistance for serious track duty.
Yes. A proper bed-in is required to transfer pad material evenly to the rotor face, stabilize the friction layer, and unlock full bite and modulation. Skipping this step can cause uneven deposits, vibration, and reduced pedal feel.
