The bumper includes a license plate bracket and is constructed from 3/16" plate bumper and 1/4" winch mount for durability. I like it, it works. However it is a bit heavy on the handle side. You think somebody like maestri house would get it correct. Could have used heavier metal on the measuring cup. Anyways I keep it it's nice.
