How does it work?
Lifestream Barley Grass is certified organic and an excellent source of nutrition, packed full of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, natural plant chlorophyll and carotenoids to support optimal health and wellbeing. When taken as a part of a healthy diet made up of a variety of foods, Barley Grass supports acid/alkaline balance. It also provides iron that supports immune system function and contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Grown in New Zealand from the leaves of young Barley Grass plants, our Barley Grass is harvested at the peak of its potency and flash dried to ensure the highest level of nutrients. It's sourced from the nutritious shoots of the plant, not the grain, so this product does not contain gluten and can be used by people allergic/intolerant to gluten or wheat products.
Directions
Suggested Use:
Adults: 1 rounded teaspoon (2g) daily.
Children 6-12 years: ½ rounded teaspoon (1g) daily.
Mix into water, juice or add to cold food.
