After dropping a trio of mixtapes with DJ Green Lantern between 2008-2012, Spesh debuted his stable of TCF artists at the top of 2015 with a compilation titled The Trust Tape. The project put a spotlight on three up-n-coming talents: Benny The Butcher, Klass Murda, and Spesh himself. The overwhelmingly positive response to the mixtape led Spesh to get right back in the lab to pump out a sequel. Only a couple months later 38 gave listeners The Trust Tape 2. The collection of freestyles and original songs exceeded its predecessor and became a benchmark for the Upstate New York scene. On top of the TCF trinity of Spesh, Benny, and Klass, this offering also features Yonkers icon Styles P.
