You can train with confidence, knowing that your equipment can take a beating and keep on performing. The Jerk Blocks are constructed with a rugged 2"x3" and 2"x2" steel frame, featuring 11 and 7 gauge steel gussets for added strength and stability. Each block weighs in at 270lbs, ensuring they stay securely in place during your most intense workouts.

Adjustability: Our Jerk Blocks are adjustable, accommodating heights from 30 to 46 inches. Each block is topped with a 1/4" formed sheet of metal, featuring a 1/2" layer of high-impact-resistant rubber lining. This lining not only dampens noise but also absorbs the weight's impact, minimizing bounce and providing a stable training surface.
