We recommend:
- Short term use of the traction pad as puppies begin to use their legs to move. As their leg strength grows, continued use of the traction pad will not be needed. Time will vary by litter/breed.
- Use an EZwhelp washable/reusable whelping pads under Blue Traction Pad for urine absorption and floor protection.
