Short Performance GY6 150cc Scooter Exhaust System

SILVER

This exhaust is known to fit many GY6 150cc scooters.  In some cases this exhaust system may NOT just Bolt On.  Some modifications to the inlet pipe and mounting bracket may be required.  Please verify the measurements before purchasing this exhaust.  May fit other makes and models.

Exhaust details:

• Muffler length: 25.4cm (10.0 in) including exhaust tip
• 6 mounting holes to mount pipe to muffler.  
• Inlet pipe is roughly 21 inches long with 3 bends.  1st bend is 2.0 inches from manifold, 2nd bend is another 5.0 inches.  A 4.0 inch straight run to the 3rd bend and another 7.0 inches to the end of the bell shaped muffler attachment.
• Pipe OD: 28mm (1.1 in)
  
• Pipe ID: 23.2mm (0.91 in)
  
• Pipe mounting to manifold: 50mm (2.0 in)
  
• Single bracket on pipe 4.0 inches from muffler as pictured
• Kit contains band clamp to be used to go around and support muffler
• Kit contains band clamp insulator.
• Kit contains exhaust pipe gasket (3.875 inch, round, 6-hole).
• (6) bolts

This is NOT necessarily a bolt-on job.  Some modifications may be necessary.  If you have made any modifications, the muffler will not be eligible for return.
