Description:
Cortec® Cor-Pak® VpCI®-126 Bubbles combine volatile corrosion inhibitors with cushioning packing bubbles to provide protection for delicate components. Once you wrap your item, the vapor from the VpCI® Bubbles saturates the enclosed airspace and migrates through the air to reach all exposed metal surfaces. The VpCIs then condenses, forming a thin protective layer. VpCI® vapor does not interfere with subsequent processing and has no adverse effect on plastic (lexane), optics, elastomers and non-metallics.

Each roll is 39"x328'. Thickness is 4 mil.
How to Use:
Make sure your item is clean and dry before packing. Then simply wrap the item in the bubbles. Your part can be used immediately after unpacking, no cleaning or degreasing required.

Cor-Pak® VpCI® Bubbles are designed for cushioning, dunnage, void fill and interleaving (surface protection) applications. For metal protection of carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass and silver.
