How to Apply a Castor Oil Pack
- Unfold the wrap, cotton side facing up.
- Pour 1-2 tablespoons of Castor Oil directly onto the pack.
- Add your favorite essential oils.
- Step 4: Apply the wrap to the desired area. Secure using the adjustable strap for a comfortable fit.
- Relax for 30-60 minutes while the oils absorb. Use daily as needed.
How to Apply a Castor Oil Naval Patch
Apply 1 tsp dōTERRA Castor Oil and 2 drops RevitaZen Detoxification Blend to belly button and cover with patch overnight. Wipe off any excess oil in the morning.
