Gentle Folk Village Pinot Noir 2019 12.5% (750ml)Gentle Folk says: "The Pinot Noirs are 100% whole cluster in 2019. Due to the small yields of 2019 the Village wine is predominately Scary Gully but also includes Piccadilly, Little Creek and Norton Summit. We use a combination of barriques (225L) and puncheons (500L). Very youthful but has a very bright blue fruit jumpiness. Great tannins and acidity makes the wine very drinkable, especially with some food. No new oak in this year's blend. Does not
