Black seed is filled with three (3) essential key phytochemicals responsible for its unique powerful healing properties: Thymol, Thymoquinone (TQ) and Thymohydroquinone (THQ).
Thymol is a colourless water soluble solid that gives organic Black Seed oil its pungent taste and smell. It also holds many useful properties that help fight against viruses and even used as an everyday disinfectant.
Thymoquinone (TQ) is the star natural chemical that gives Black Seed its strength and powerful healing properties. Research has shown that TQ acts as a natural antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic. The greater percentage of TQ found in a substance, the greater strength it has in combating the illness/disease. Oh, by the way, Nature’s Blends Thymoquinone has been lab tested and given a 2.5% TQ percentage!
Thymohydroquinone (THQ) is similar to the effects of thymoquinone however, one thing makes this natural chemical stand out. THQ is from an extremely powerful chemical inhibitor known as acetylcholinesterase (AChE) that is responsible for the healthy flow of neurotransmission activity to the brain.
