This Taylor is among the brand's most accessible full-sized instruments. This all begins with Taylor's classic Grand Auditorium body shape with a cutaway. A classic Taylor shape in hand, this Grand Auditorium is assembled with a torrefied spruce top and layered African sapele back and sides. Producing a warm and rich sonic profile, the Taylor 14ce's heat-treated spruce imparts a lived-in character usually reserved for older guitars. A heelless hard rock maple neck plays with a classic Taylor feel in hand with a West African Crelicam ebony fingerboard. Italian acrylic inlays make for a clean Taylor aesthetic. Within, Taylor's cantilevered V-Class bracing produces solid projection and tonal precision. Fishman Sonitone GT-2 electronics come equipped with this guitar for seamlessly translating its sweet acoustic tones to the stage.
