Ook leverbaar in een standaard sferische versie onder nummer 400534 in een elliptisch geslepen high-grade-versie onder nummer 410534. Verder in de eveneens door de Japanse topfabrikant Jico gemaakte: Shibata geslepen uitvoering onder nummer 420534. Verder is er ook nog een speciale 78rpm diamantnaald leverbaar voor het element onder nummer 430534.
De optimale naalddruk voor SAS naalden is 1,25gram (instelbaar tussen 1 en 1,5gram)
De SAS-naalden (Super-Analog-Stylus) zijn ontwikkeld bij het Japanse Jico (o.a. ook de fabrikant van de originele Shibata naalden) De SAS-slijping wordt gezien als één van 's werelds absolute top-slijpingen. De naalden hebben een werkelijk perfecte tracking met een ongehoord goede detaillering. De vorm van de Sas naalden zit heel dicht bij die van de oorspronkelijke snij-naald en staat garant voor een bijna volmaakte aftasting van de beide groefwanden met als resultaat een prachtige "Stage/plaatsing", een uiterst muzikale weergave en minimale afspeelvervorming. Een Sas vervangingsnaald "tovert" een element naar een weergavekwaliteit die je nooit eerder heb gehoord of voor mogelijk heb gehouden !
