Koperen bekers worden in India al meer dan 200 jaar met zorg vervaardigd en gewaardeerd. In de oude Ayurveda wordt water drinken uit zo’n koperen beker gezien als een manier om de drie levensenergieën, de Dosha’s (Vata – lucht, Kapha – water en Pitta – vuur), in balans te brengen. Deze beker is speciaal bedoeld voor water; gebruik hem niet voor melk, citrus of zure dranken.

Koper leeft met je mee en verandert door het gebruik op natuurlijke wijze van kleur. Oxidatie zorgt voor verkleuring en kleine vlekken, vooral aan de binnenkant, wat onderdeel is van het materiaal. Dit heeft geen invloed op jouw ervaring of het drinken. De beker is gemaakt van puur koper (99,6%), met een licht gelakte buitenkant en een volledig koperen binnenkant. De kleine oneffenheden en verkleuringen maken het geheel authentiek en geven de beker karakter.
