Brood, heel veel brood is er gebakken, vanaf 1903 door overgrootvader Arnold Bartels in Purmerend tot 1997 door vader Frans Bartels, die genoodzaakt was het familiebedrijf in Amsterdam te beëindigen.


Brood op de plank is een intrigerend familieverhaal over trotse broodbakkers.
