Grauburgunder geeft vaak kwalitatief goede opbrengsten en de druif is weinig gevoelig voor ziekten of vorst. Grauburgunder ‘Frickenhäusen’ 2023
De grauburgunder-druiven worden laat en in volledige rijpheid geoogst. Na een Spontangärung (gisting waarbij de alcoholische gisting plaatsvindt met gisten die van nature voorkomen in de wijngaard en in de kelder zonder toevoeging van speciaal gekweekte gisten) wordt de wijn voor 6 maanden op de ‘hefe’ (gist) gerijpt in Stückfass. Dit zijn grote houten vaten van zo’n 1200 liter, waarbij het hout vrijwel geen invloed heeft op de wijn, maar wel zorgt voor een optimale rijping.

The logic constantly malfunctions; the input selection stopped working, the remote doesn't respond, it goes into mute. Specs might be good on paper, the sound is decent for its class but I think that even my 10-year old 1050 should have lasted longer.
