Even after adjusting it, it’s still not my absolute favorite pillow, but I do use it every night as a “hug” pillow and it works great for that. I think people who aren’t as picky as I am will probably really enjoy it, especially since you can customize the amount of latex to get it just right. I’d give it 3.5 stars, but rounded up to 4.
