Heavy duty mortice DDA compliant latch case with two-piece 25mm wide forend and striking plate with brass latch; suitable for domestic and commercial projects. Supplied with matching finished slotted screws and strike plate dust box.

This latch has heavy duty springing making it ideal for un-sprung furniture with various backsets (distance from edge of door to centre line of lever handle/spindle).

This bathroom lock is CE Marked and Fire rated to BS EN 1634-1:2000 & Performance rated to BS EN 12209.

Suitable for use on 30 and 60 minute fire rated doors, when used in conjunction with available intumescent packs, which can be selected above.
