The ninth edition showcases a maturation that balances tradition and innovation, resting at least five years in a mix of Garry Oak, first-fill ex-bourbon, and ex-Oloroso sherry casks.

The nose reveals a smoky sweetness of burnt marshmallow layered with mocha and almond cream, while biscuit notes add a warm, comforting undertone. On the palate, it’s a rich dance between spice and softness—clove, cinnamon stick, and peppermint tea cut through the creamy texture of bread pudding.
