Field Guide To The Birds Of East Asia

Mark Brazil is an experienced field ornithologist who has had several previous books published including A Birdwatcher's Guide to Japan, The Birds of Japan (Helm) and The Whooper Swan (Poyser).

This is the first single volume guide ever devoted to the eastern Asian avifauna. The eastern Asian region, centring especially on the major islands off the continental coast (including Japan and Taiwan) and the immediately adjacent areas of the Asian continent from Kamchatka in the north and including the Korean Peninsula are an important centre of endemism. Birds endemic to this region include representatives of many of the major families, from the world's largest eagle - Steller's Sea Eagle - to the tiny Formosan Firecrest. The east Asian continental coast and the offshore islands also form one of the world's major international bird migration routes, especially for waterfowl, shorebirds and raptors, while the east Asian continental mainland itself is home to a wide range of species little known to western ornithologists such as Scaly-sided Merganser, Oriental Stork and Mugimaki Flycatcher. The guide features the most up-to-date text available, which, in conjunction with extensive colour plates throughout, facilitates the field identification of all of the species known from the region. Colour distribution maps enhance the text by providing a visual analysis of the summer, winter and migratory ranges of all species.'So, what of the illustrations? I think this is the finest collection of plates I have ever seen for Asian birds.''It is a magnificent achievement, one that should stand the test of time, and well worth buying by every keen birder.''Highly recommended!''...an excellent, in some respects ground-breaking guide to this region''It is a magnificent achievement, one that should stand the test of time, and well worth buying by every keen birder.'The avifauna of the region includes representatives from both the Palaearctic and Oriental regions, with a wide range of Arctic, Temperate and sub-Tropical species, and quite a number of endemics. All birds recorded in the region are included making this the first single volume guide ever devoted to the eastern Asian avifauna.

My Favorite Flavored Sparkling Water
Flavor Name: Black Raspberry, Size: 17 Fl Oz (Pack of 12)
Sparkling Ice Black Raspberry has honestly become my favorite flavored sparkling water. The flavor is strong enough to actually taste satisfying without being overly sweet, and it has a really refreshing balance compared to many other zero-sugar drinks. One thing I especially like is that it feels much more enjoyable than plain water while still avoiding the heavy sugary feeling that comes with regular soda. The carbonation level is also good in my opinion because it gives the drink a crisp texture without feeling overly aggressive or flat. The black raspberry flavor stands out nicely and does not have the strange aftertaste that some zero-sugar drinks tend to develop. It has consistently been one of the easiest flavored waters for me to keep buying regularly. I also appreciate the added vitamins and the convenience of having a flavorful alternative available when trying to avoid higher-calorie drinks. Overall, this has easily been my go-to sparkling water, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a flavorful zero-sugar drink option that still feels refreshing and satisfying.

BEST SPARKLING ZERO SUGAR FRUIT WATER DRINK
Flavor Name: Black Raspberry, Size: 17 Fl Oz (Pack of 12)
LOVE THIS WATER. ZERO SUGAR, YES, ZERO SUGAR!..GREAT SWEET TASTE AND NO YUCKY AFTER TASTE. I AM DIABETIC AND HAVE TO WATCH MY FLUID INTAKE DUE TO MY HEART DECEASE OF 40 OZ'S A DAY. SINCE THESE ARE INDIVIDUAL, I DRINK HALF OF A BOTTLE. I LOVE THE BLACK RASPBERRY. I CRAVE THE CARBONATION {PROB FROM ALL MY MEDS SINCE I HAVE DRY MOUTH } AND THESE HELP MY THIRST CRAVINGS. COST IS REASONABLE AND I HAVE SUBSCRIBED & SAVE. YES THEY DO GIVE ME ENERGY, AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE!

My Go-To Beverage
Flavor Name: Black Raspberry, Size: 17 Fl Oz (Pack of 12)
Black Raspberry Sparkling water is my go-to drink. The taste is not too sugary and the carbonation is not too strong. I have this on auto delivery and often order additional cartons when I run out too quickly. It's also much better priced at Amazon than at the grocery stores near me. I also like the fact that I don't need to lug it home. Added vitamins make this a got-to-have product.
