Fun fact: The O in COS stands for Occhipinti, as one of the three friends is the uncle of natural wine superstar Arianna Occhipinti. This is a textured and toasty orange wine made from the grapes Grecanico & Insolia in concrete vessels.

This is a textured and toasty orange wine made from the grapes Grecanico & Insolia in concrete vessels. This skin-contact wine stands out for having some baking spice notes such as clove at the forefront alongside notes of honeysuckle and sicilian herbs.
