CD reissue. This 1985 album features Jan Akkerman and Thijs van Leer playing just about all of the instruments with some touches from a few guests. They were not one bit afraid to use digital synths and drum machines. Although it is heavy on the electronics, one can still hear the mastery of Thijs van Leer and Jan Akkerman shine through. The best tracks bring back the old Focus sound; 'Russian Roulette' and three Jan Akkerman songs, a 19 minutes version of 'Beethoven's Revenge', 'King Kong' and 'Indian Summer' which are fascinating in terms of composition and technical guitar virtuosity and last but not least a 16 minutes long 'Who's Calling'.
