About The Artist

Keith MacLelland grew up on Cape Cod and currently lives in Wellfleet with his wife, teenage daughter, three cats and dog named Buoy. His contemporary coastal paintings connect people to places, experiences, and memories. MacLelland’s palette is dominated by saturated colors that echo the brightly painted buoys that bob atop the ebb and flow of ocean waves. And MacLelland is no stranger to the gallery world; he is a former co-owner of famed Longstreet Gallery in Eastham. Before closing it’s doors in 2022, Longstreet had become a mecca for the Outer Cape and Southern New England creative community. MacLelland is also a former Professor and Department Chair in Illustration at Lesley Art + Design in Cambridge, MA, and currently owns and manages Dozen Studio Gallery in the West End of Provincetown, Massachusetts.

Too small
Much smaller than it appeared to me in the picture. I did not read the length as I should. I would not have bought it if I saw it before purchasing. My 18 month old grandson now has a new toy.

Rottie Approved
Size: Large
My Rottie loves playing with this ball, either alone or with me. The first day she chewed a corner of the handle off (the handle is still usable), but then she figured out what it was for and has a blast with it. She has done no further damage to it, and it is strong enough to play tug. It's her favorite toy.
