The large multi-use mat measures 50 cm x 70 cm (19.5" x 27.5") and is fully conductive when plugged into a grounded outlet. Crafted with 9% Silver Fibre and 91% Organic Cotton, and includes a 16-foot grounded cord to easily connect to any grounded outlet or surge protector for ideal grounding.

The mat is an off-white/silvery-white colour. In addition to earthing, the mat offers the benefits of reducing EMF levels, which can help improve energy and sleep quality. Use it under your feet while sitting or standing, or lie on it for a restful night's sleep.
