Direct-Mount Series · Front Axle · Off-Road 6-Piston
The TTSPORT OR6 front big brake kit gives loaded Ford Ranger and Ranger Raptor builds the front-axle brake hardware to match real overland weight, larger tires, and long descents. A forged 6-piston Direct-Mount Series caliper paired with Ø340 mm × 32 mm vented high-carbon iron rotors delivers stable torque, firm pedal feel, and the thermal capacity stock hardware was never sized for.
Add armor, a winch, drawers, water, tools, a roof tent, 33–35 inch tires, and weekend towing, and the front brakes are now controlling a very different vehicle than the one Ford engineered the OE caliper for. OR6 is sized for that real load case — daily driver, work truck, tow rig, and trail platform on the same chassis.
Staggered 40 mm × 4 and 43 mm × 2 pistons deliver 79 cm² total piston area per caliper for even pad loading.
2022-2026 Ford Ranger and Ford Ranger Raptor 2nd Gen. use the OR6 Ø340 mm × 32 mm front rotor specification.
Two-piece forged aluminum construction is designed to resist flex and hold pedal firmness under heat and vehicle load.
One-piece heat-insulated pistons with dust boots help protect the caliper in dirt, dust, water crossings, and touring use.
Vehicle-specific direct-mount hardware and brake-line fittings — no rotor hats, no caliper brackets, no generic hose kits.
The 0–600 °C pad and high-carbon iron rotor combination is designed for daily driving, towing, and overland touring — not a track-only setup.

For 2022-2026 Ford Ranger and Ford Ranger Raptor 2nd Gen., the correct OR6 rotor specification is Ø340 mm × 32 mm. Do not use the older 335 / 345 / 355 mm × 34 mm option layout for this application.
2 × OR6 forged 6-piston front calipers, left/right specific.
Brake pads for both front calipers, rated 0–600 °C and intended for iron / steel rotors.
2 × one-piece front rotors, Ø340 mm × 32 mm, heat-treated high-carbon cast iron, internally vented and left/right specific.
2 × vehicle-specific stainless braided brake lines with PTFE inner liner, SUS304 braid, and PVC protective outer sheath.
Vehicle-specific direct-mount hardware for Ford Ranger / Ranger Raptor 2nd Gen. front-axle installation.
Direct-Mount Series uses one-piece rotors and direct-mount calipers. Rotor Hats and Caliper Brackets are not included because they are not used on this OR6 application.
OR6 requires 17 in or larger wheels with at least 91 mm of spoke clearance. Wheel diameter alone is not enough; spoke geometry, offset, and barrel profile must be verified before ordering.
17 in or larger wheels are required.
Minimum spoke clearance: 91 mm. Check spoke shape, offset, and inner barrel profile before ordering.
Application: 2022-2026 Ford Ranger and Ford Ranger Raptor 2nd Gen., front axle, with Ø340 mm × 32 mm rotor specification.
Need help confirming wheel clearance or OR6 compatibility for your Ranger build? Send your model year, trim, wheel specs, and use case before ordering.
Yes. This OR6 kit is configured for the front axle of 2022-2026 Ford Ranger and Ford Ranger Raptor 2nd Gen. models. The correct rotor specification for this application is Ø340 mm × 32 mm.
OR6 requires 17 in or larger wheels and a minimum spoke clearance of 91 mm. Wheel diameter alone is not enough; spoke geometry, offset, and barrel profile must be verified before ordering.
2022-2026 Ford Ranger and Ford Ranger Raptor 2nd Gen. use Ø340 mm × 32 mm one-piece front rotors in the OR6 Direct-Mount Series. Do not use the older 335 / 345 / 355 mm × 34 mm option layout for this application.
No. This is a Direct-Mount Series OR6 application with one-piece rotors and direct-mount calipers. Rotor Hats and Caliper Brackets are not used on this configuration.
For loaded mid-size trucks running 33–35 inch tires, the 6-piston OR6 with the correct Ø340 mm × 32 mm rotor gives the clamping force and thermal capacity overland builds need without overbraking the front axle or upsetting front/rear balance off-pavement.
The high-carbon iron rotors and 0–600 °C pad compound are designed for daily driving, towing, and overland touring — not a track-only setup.
Yes. A proper bed-in procedure is required to transfer pad material evenly to the rotor face and establish stable friction. Skipping bed-in causes judder and inconsistent pedal feel.
Yes. The Direct-Mount Series uses vehicle-specific direct-mount hardware and brake-line fittings sized for the Ford Ranger and Ranger Raptor 2nd Gen. front knuckle — no rotor hats, no caliper brackets, and no generic hoses.
