Bourbon Smoked Chef's Blend 12oz

This blend starts with Bourbon Smoked sea-salt, quarter cracked paper, and paprika. We add the finest demerara sugar, garlic, and parsley to achieve a perfect balance of sweet and savory. All the spices in our Bourbon Smoked Chef’s Blend are slow-smoked in small batches using massive industrial smokers. We stack trays full of our spices and slow-smoke them using staves from repurposed oak bourbon barrels that once held some of Kentucky’s finest bourbon. This process imparts hints of smoked oak and creates rich flavors that will spark new life into your favorite foods.
