The manuscripts that form the Greek New Testament are scattered throughout the world and are usually only accessible to scholars and professionals. These were the manuscripts read by the earliest Christians, which comprised their "New Testament." In his volumes, Philip Wesley Comfort bridges the gap between these extant copies and today's critical text by providing accurate transcriptions of the earliest New Testament manuscripts, with photographs on the facing pages so readers can see the works for themselves. Comfort also provides an introduction to each manuscript that summarizes the content, date, current location, provenance, and other essential information, including the latest findings. This allows students and scholars to make well-informed decisions about the translation and interpretation of the New Testament.

Volume 1 includes manuscripts from Papyrus 1-72. Volume 2 includes manuscripts from Papyrus 75-139 as well as from the uncials. In addition, it features a special section on determining the date of a manuscript. This two-volume set replaces the previously published single volume Text of the Earliest New Testament Greek Manuscripts, as it contains many new manuscripts, updated research, and higher quality images of all manuscripts previously covered.

"For nearly a generation, Philip Comfort's The Text of the Earliest New Testament Greek Manuscripts (Tyndale House, 2001) has been an almost indispensable tool for the many students and scholars who know biblical Greek but whose only acquaintance with the earliest Greek manuscripts is through the textual apparatus of the Nestle or UBS text. This work provides introductions to all the early papyri, plus the actual texts in readable printed Greek. Who could ask for more? Only the passage of time requires more, and Philip Comfort has now supplied it, with a very welcome update of forty-nine more papyri (published since 2001), as well as papyri and uncials of the fourth century. This is a major achievement giving more and more of us a place at the table."-- J. Ramsey Michaels, Missouri State University

"As a scholar and teacher-preacher, I need to know the evidence for the dating of a particular book and the evidence for the best reading of the text. The compiled Greek New Testaments are handy, but they do not give me enough information. In these present volumes, I get what I want and need for the roughly 190 of the earliest manuscripts rather than relying on cryptic footnotes or chasing around the world to find the actual manuscripts themselves. These volumes include photographs of the manuscripts, discussion of their dating, and transcriptions of their texts. Thank you Philip Comfort and the publisher. I hope the binding is sturdy, for the books will be used." Peter H. Davids, -- Houston Graduate School of Theology

"The first edition of this book filled a very important need in bringing the earliest New Testament manuscripts in a single space. This second edition only enhances the work's usefulness as it includes more than one hundred new manuscripts. The discussion of the dating of the manuscripts will be of considerable value. All those interested in New Testament textual criticism will find this as an essential tool." -- John N. Oswalt, Asbury Theological Seminary

"A life's work, now available for the New Testament exegete. This great work presents clear access to the earliest New Testament Greek manuscripts. A magnum opus by Philip Comfort, these useful volumes of the papyri and uncials, provide beyond what students see in the critical apparatus of the Nestle and UBS texts. This is a must-have resource for New Testament exegesis, giving immediate access to the text of each manuscript dated from AD 100 to AD 400. It is a book every New Testament scholar will grow into, as their skills in New Testament exegesis progress. This is a great bargain." -- Jim Swanson, Tyndale House Publishers

"The earliest manuscripts are a topic of reflection and debate when it comes to the New Testament text. This book gives you the latest, up close look at the first four centuries of manuscripts. This a useful study that reveals the state of the discussion about these important manuscripts."-- Darrell L. Bock, Dallas Theological Seminary

"This book is an indispensable resource for all students of the New Testament, especially those engaged in New Testament textual criticism. All the features that made the first edition an invaluable reference for the study of the Greek New Testament remain in place. The expanded edition of the volume includes the additional papyri and another fifty manuscripts dated from the fourth century AD. Kudos to the author and publisher for collecting all these New Testament Greek manuscripts in a most readable and accessible two-volume format. My high commendation for this edition of the book is only reinforced by the success of its predecessor." -- Andrew Hill, Wheaton College

Decent low-profile bra, but with caveats for larger chests
First, I had to return the bra three times because the size charts on the manufacturer's website are laughably wrong. By measurement, it had me at a DD. Lo and behold, I was an H. So ignore those size charts, and go off the standard US ones for bras. The band sizes are also near the US standard, but about one standard deviation too small. I'm normally a 36, but I had to buy a 38 in this. The website had me at a 34DD, which was absurd. You should have seen the look on my face when it came and I knew instantly it wouldn't fit. The 38H did, though. I'm typically a 36-38 or H/I/J in most brands. So the pros. This is a great bra if you want to get rid of lines. I have a lot of professional silk blouses, and I can't wear ANY lace underneath them or you can see it. This comes in a lot of neutral colors, too, which is great for those purposes. The shoulder straps are really chunky, which makes it hard to hide in tanks, but it's very comfortable in all other styles of tops. The back strap is quite firm for a bra in this price range, so that the majority of the support is from there, not the shoulder straps. The bra (once I got the right size) actually tacks in the middle, which is rare for me unless I spend over $50 on a bra. I'm also not getting unattractive areas of fat accumulation that happens when your bra doesn't fit and pushes breast tissue out of where it should be. This was important to me, because I want to eliminate lines, and nothing points out where your bra straps are like a small fat roll right under your bra band. The cons don't outweigh the pros, but you should be aware of them. First, the cups are very full-coverage. Anything past a moderate scoop neck will show the bra. I prefer a little less coverage so I can wear mandarin collars. Second, the cups don't have any support outside of the band, shoulder straps, and underwire. If you want your chest to sit high and tight, you're going to have to spend more. It certainly uplifts more than going without a bra, but for larger chests, you're still going to droop a bit more than a bra with firmer cups. This isn't a problem for me with looser and more professional blouses, but I don't like how it makes me look a bit "sloppier" in tighter shirts. For a bra that was $50+ dollars, the cons would make me not purchase it again. But I paid $26 for this, so the cons are quite reasonable for price point, given that I do have a large chest that makes bra shopping quite the chore. It fits the bill for the task of the type of shirts I needed it for. But if you're a full-chested person and want a bra that will work for nearly everything, you're going to need to look elsewhere and spend more.

Finally a bra that fits!
Size: 38G, Color: Black
This is my first time wearing this bra, and right away I can tell it’s the best fit I’ve ever had. I wear a 38G, and the support is incredible without feeling tight or uncomfortable. The band sits snug (on the first set of hooks—yes!) and doesn’t dig into my skin. The cups give full coverage without spillage, and the lift is exactly what I needed. So far, I’m very happy with how it feels under clothes, and I actually feel supported and comfortable. I will update this review after two weeks of wear to let you know how it holds up.

Not durable
I love the initial fit and feel of this bra. Its very comfortable and silky. I was disappointed to discover the poor design which allows the underwire to poke through much too quickly. It happened on both of my bras from this company. I bought 2 hoping the first was just defective but the second had the same issue in the same area.

Great coverage for a chesty gal with smaller band size
Size: 34F, Color: Gentle Rose
I don’t know why I can find bras that fit better on Amazon than in store, but this one is a good one. It fits well and is as comfy as you can expect from an underwire. It has zero lining and that can be an issue, so pay attention to that if it is important to you for the nip coverage!

Did not last long
Size: 44E, Color: Black
I really like this bra very much, it was very comfortable and fit well, but the wire popped out of the fabric in less than a couple of months. Very frustrating.
