Thanks to the unique bipolar current principle of the JUWEL Bioflow filter system, it achieves varying flow rates, contributing to its remarkably high filtration efficiency. A faster flow rate is particularly advantageous for mechanical and chemical filtration in the upper section of the filter. Conversely, a slower flow rate in the lower section promotes the optimal growth of anaerobic bacteria, essential for effective biological filtration.
