MegaMag® Muscleze is a magnesium-based formulation combining magnesium glycinate and malate with vitamins, minerals, amino acids, and malic acid in a flavoured powder. Each serving provides 240 mg of magnesium, which contributes to normal muscle function, electrolyte balance, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and normal energy-yielding metabolism. Potassium also contributes to normal muscle function and the normal functioning of the nervous system.

The formula includes B vitamins that contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, alongside vitamin E and selenium, which contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
