Kung Pao Chicken (hay còn gọi là Gà Cung Bảo) là một món gà xào cay đậm chất Tứ Xuyên được làm từ thịt gà thái lựu, đậu phộng, rau, ớt và hạt tiêu Tứ Xuyên. Tất cả được xào cùng với một loại nước sốt đặc biệt đủ vị cay nồng, mặn, ngọt thơm mang đến một hương vị quyến rũ khó cưỡng.

Để tiết kiệm thời gian chế biến thì ngày nay người dùng thường chọn Sốt gà Cung Bảo pha sẵn tiện lợi, giúp dễ dàng hoàn thành món gà Kung Pao nhanh chóng.

Sốt gà Cung Bảo Lee Kum Kee là một sự pha trộn dựa trên công thức độc đáo gồm nhiều gia vị kết hợp hoàn hảo như nước tương, giấm gạo, rượu gạo, bột tiêu Tứ Xuyên, ớt khô, tỏi khô,…tạo nên hương vị mặn ngọt thơm rất vừa vặn cùng độ cay nồng, xé lưỡi siêu kích thích vị giác.

Sau khi thịt gà được chiên chín thì cho sốt, đậu phộng và rau vào xào cùng cho đến khi thấm và chín đều là xong ngay.

Thành phần: Đường, nước tương (nước, đậu nành, muối, bột mì), giấm gạo (nước, đường, lúa mì, muối), rượu gạo (nước, gạo, lúa mì), nước, muối, phẩm màu tự nhiên, bột tiêu Tứ Xuyên, chất làm dày, ớt khô, bột ớt, chiết xuất men (chiết xuất men, muối), tỏi khô, chất điều chỉnh độ acid, gia vị, hương tiêu tự nhiên, chất điều vị

Hướng dẫn sử dụng: Chay mặn đều dùng được

  • Thịt gà 350g (cắt miếng khoảng 1cm), đậu phộng rang 35g, 1 củ hành tây (cắt làm bốn), 10 quả ớt khô (nguyên trái), 1 gói sốt gà Cung Bảo
  • Cho thịt gà với 2 thìa tinh bột ngô. Làm nóng với 2 thìa dầu để áp chảo thịt gà cho đến khi ngửi thấy mùi thơm. Thêm ớt khô và trộn đều tay. Thêm sốt gà Cung Bảo, lạc và hành tây xanh. Trộn đều cho đến khi món ăn được làm nóng hoàn toàn.

Very classy looking! Perfect height and length for TKL keyboards!
This wrist rest is the perfect height and length for my TKL keyboards! The wood is soft and smooth. It looks VERY classy compared to some of the wrist rests I've used in the past. The non-slip pads work great too. The only thing I could find that was wrong is that the logo is upside down. It's not visible though because it's the edge that meets the keyboard so it's never seen. I find it endearing actually! Everything else is perfect, so I'd definitely recommend!

Classy look, but finish issue
This walnut wrist rest looks great on the desk—simple, solid, and much nicer than foam or gel options. It has a clean, polished style that pairs well with a keyboard, and the non-slip base keeps it from sliding around. Classy, Comfortable, and Built to Last!
I’ve never tried a wooden wrist rest before, but after going through a few padded ones (even some expensive name-brand versions) that eventually peeled or fell apart, I figured this was worth a shot. And I’m so glad I did! This walnut wrist rest is smooth, beautifully made, and looks amazing on my desk. I have a whitewashed office setup, but this piece looks so good that I half-joked about wanting to change my desk to match it! It adds a very clean, grown-up aesthetic to the space. One thing I really appreciated is that it comes in several sizes to suit different setups. I ordered the largest available, and while it’s just a couple inches shy of covering the full length of my keyboard, it still works perfectly. It has non-slip grips on the bottom that keep it in place, and even though it’s made of solid wood, it’s surprisingly comfortable and ergonomic to type with. Check the height of your keyboard before ordering
This is a beautifully made, elegant looking wrist rest. The finish is satin perfectly smooth to the touch. As keyboards vary in height, be sure to measure he height of the front edge of yours before ordering—I didn’t (which is entirely my fault) and found that this wrist rest is just a wee bit too tall, which positioned my wrists a tad higher than I’m used to. Another factor you may want to consider are the ergonomics of solid wood versus other materials and your personal preferences (e.g., I tend to prefer cloth covered gel, because he cloth keeps my wrists from sticking and the gel is cushioning). My closing thought: this wrist rest is that it is by far the best looking of any wrist rest I’ve ever seen.
