This flavor is designed to accent the protein, not overpower it and is often described as lending the flavor of pan gravy to the meat. Magic on Turkey, also great on other poultry and pork. All natural, gluten free, MSG free, fat-free concentrate.
Directions: Shake bottle of concentrate well. Then pour contents into bag or container for brining. Add 1/2 cup of Kosher Salt, then add 1 gallon of water. For best results rinse out bottle and to the brine. After opening, keep remaining product refrigerated.
