The TAG Extreme Recovery (XR) Towbar (TXR836) is the definitive heavy-duty towing and recovery solution for the Next-Gen Ford Ranger (06/2022–Onwards) and Volkswagen Amarok (12/2022–Onwards) Cab Chassis models. Engineered and built in Australia, this bar is designed for professional trade, fleet, and off-road applications where extreme recovery capability is non-negotiable. It features a massive 89mm x 89mm reinforced crossbar and two integrated 4500kg WLL recovery points with bevelled edges optimized for soft-shackles. The flush chassis-mounted profile maximizes departure angles for superior off-road clearance. Offering a full 3500kg towing capacity, this Class 4 towbar includes dual top-mounted trailer and Anderson plug mounts, a zinc tow ball, and an extreme-duty drop hitch.
