To redesign your phone, no additional apps, software, or subscriptions need to be downloaded or purchased. This workbook is for anyone who would like to use their phone more intentionally. This process starts with the design.
It is recommended, not required, to have a friend or two to do the workbook with for accountability. This makes the process a lot more enjoyable and helps everyone stick with their goals.
