Start your day with a tour of our orchards, where you'll learn about the meticulous process our crew follows each year to bring fresh olives to our mill for processing. After gaining insights into the harvest, you'll have the chance to gather olives yourself, immersing yourself in the hands-on experience. Once you've helped collect the olives, treat yourself to a delicious farm-to-table lunch.
Although the olives will stay at the farm for processing, each guest will receive a 250 ml bottle of our Olio Nuovo extra virgin olive oil - a seasonal delight only available during harvest time!
