Gemeinsam stecken sie ihre ganze Arbeit und Leidenschaft in ihren Wein. Auch über Frankreich hinaus haben sie sich einen Namen gemacht, sodass mehr als 50% der Produktion exportiert wird. Auf 10 ha wird die Rebsorte Sauvignon blanc angebaut. Das Durchschnittsalter der Rebstöcke beträgt 40 Jahre.
