Geeignet für den Anycubic Chiron

Für Druckbetten aus Aluminium-Guss benötigt man eine entsprechende Silikonheizmatte, welche auf der Unterseite angebracht wird. Hierfür ist die Silikonheizmatte einseitig mit einer sehr stark haftenden doppelseitigen Klebefolie versehen.

Warum eigentlich eine Silikonheizmatte?

Möchte man Filamente wie ABS, ASA, NYLON oder PC drucken, braucht man häufig eine höhere Druckbetttemperatur, damit das Filament auf dem Druckbett haftet. Diese Silikonheizmatte kann dauerhaft mit 120° betrieben werden, was für die meisten Filamente mehr als ausreichend ist.

Die Silikonheizmatte hat einen integrierten NTC 3950 100K Thermistor verbaut.

  • Die hier angebotene Silikonheizmatte darf NICHT selbstständig betrieben werden
  • Für den Betrieb der hier angebotenen Silikonheizmatte ist eine entsprechende, dafür ausgelegte Steuerelektronik notwendig (z.B. 3D Drucker Mainboard)
  • Die Installation der hier angebotenen Silikonheizmatte muss von einer Fachkraft mit entsprechender Qualifizierung installiert, überprüft und abgenommen werden
  • Die hier angebotene Silikonheizmatte darf nicht unbeaufsichtigt betrieben werden
  • Für den Betrieb der Heizmatte ist die Montage einer Kabelentlastung notwendig
